Luis Ortiz was placed on leave on July 3. His investigation was supposed to end on July 17 but was extended to Aug. 31 to match Clase’s. “It’s believed MLB’s investigation into Ortiz uncovered information about Clase that led to him being removed from the active roster.

Clase is on leave until the end of August for possible gambling. Looks like Ortiz might have pointed the finger at him.

Noel better than Rodriquez,

Rodriquez and Wilson need to be on the bus to Columbus ! Immediately ! Rodriquez can only hit ground balls which is why he could not make it last year !

Possible. I think the players are the big problem but Vogt is not helping with his style of managing. Last night Nolan Jones came up in the 7th inning with 2 outs and no one on base. The Guardians were winning by 2 runs, there was a left handed relief pitcher and Jones had 2 hits and had walked in 3...

Hope everything works out for Kyle but I love this move for Noel. Tells me Rodriquez is headed out in the future.
